Now this is a truly wonderful image. Great composition, marvellous processing, lovely emotion and the noise/grain adds nicely overall. I really need to get a wide angle lens but I doubt I could produce something like this. |

Extraordinary image. POV, timing, content are perfect. I wonder how many times the cover was thrown to get it so right. |

Neat idea, very interesting. Maybe a bit too much foreground for my taste, especially where the bed-cover curves down towards the bottom. The idea is great though. |

This is a really cool shot and great idea. I never thought of that. The b&w processing is excellent. |

I love really looking at faces when they aren't posed - her face shows such warmth and love .. there is nothing as fierce as a mother's love and her desire to protect - just as there is nothing as important as making everyday activities a playtime activity for the little ones - I love how the sheets are open in just the right place to let us see what is a passing moment of pure joy- this is a photo that will stay in my mind and make me smile - oh I just have to add it to you favs. It brings back how there are so many precious moments we forget in the busy life of raising our children and this is a wonderful reminder that memories are made up of just such moments in time. |

You can see the high ISO you used for the shot, but it is adding to the image, not distracting. I like the lifting and movement of the sheet, really giving me the idea I'm having a peek in the life of a happy family for a brief moment. |

What a happy moment! The diagonal line where the sheets meet keeps leading me back to the mother and child. I think black and white was a good choice for this. |

This is a wonderful photo of a child and mother at play. I just love it. The B/W tones and grain just add to the whole scene. |

I too thought she was making the bed. Then I realized this was a sweet at play moment. I like the subtle patterns and lines leading to the little one. |

At first I thought she was making the bed but then I saw she was seated. I really like the subtle lines of the foreground that lead the eye directly to the warm interplay between them. Nice. |
