 This was my first expert entry practicing some new skills in photoshop with layers and masking. Had lots of fun doing it. However, at 10:30PM I looked at the rules again and found I could have my cool graphic background. Sooooo...I deleted the graphic and added a cloud filter. Oh well....Will post the other in my profile after the competition is over.

Simple, effective. Not sure I like the mottled background, but it almost looks like refractions through the water.
