It's not real. It was the 15rh, and I had the bird pictuee. All I needed was the heart. Easy!
Nope.
The things that for years were always the leftovers in the stores were nowhere to be found! 10:00 at night. None at target. None at the grocery store, and my neighbor didn't have any either!
Ok. Time to draw one.
But you don't understand, this is a real stretch (don't laugh! I really am that inept at any artwork!
I got the heart drawn, had the brilliant idea of using the 3D to make it dimensional, didn't save, computer crashed. 11:40pm.
After forever the computer came back up, redrew it, got it in at 11:59. Didn't really look right, but it got in.
When all is said and done, I don't think it really had anything to do with shadows, I think it was really just too pink. When I played with it a little more out of curiosity, it looked more natural when I made it a tad darker.
It was fun that someone thought that it might be real, thought. :)

Ha..good shot but I know you've heard it already...."Oh...Boo hop hoo. It's not good to give hard candy to wild birds. To make matters worse, I think I see a yellow heart further down in the bird's mouth! (Just say it was his tongue!)
If I could vote a 20 - I would...just to offset the environmental vote !

I love this idea! The bluejay is fabulous! The candy looks added... I wish there were shadows to make it look more real.
