Love this, great B&W. I ditto everything that has been said and theres something about the way the stripes on his sleeves are kind of mirroring the strip lighting on the walls that im liking a lot. very cool shot. |

He is standing so tall and rigid. The way he is standing in the middle means he wouldn't look kindly on you passing him :) Just my observation. Another good one. |

I love how the tube frames him. |

Wow, brilliant shot. I like the symmetry and even more those leading lines, and yet they don't show where that man is going to, his posture is blocking the view completely. |

I have to smile .. I must have 50 images of "subway tunnel" on my computer waiting to be edited from my trip to Paris ... :-). Thanks for the reminder :-).
I agree with jmritz, very SciFi, and yes, it looks like going "down" into the earth, not "down" to the surface :-)

Very cool shot. I get claustrophobic looking at it. It feels like we are going deep into the ground, not down to the ground. I visited Japan a couple years ago and in Tokyo they have very deep subways that resemble this scene. Reminds me of that. |

Wow, this is a good shot.Every day we go into the dungeons of working life, like a robotnik (=worker in Czech, Slovak or Polish), and this nicely captures that. Great shot. |

Nice, natural abstraction of an ordinary scene. |

He reminds me of the robot from The day the earth stood still. |

Ooh! I like this one. All lines leading down and the bright fluorescent lines bracketing his head to boot. Even symmetrical reflections in the escalator sides. Very nice. B/w definitely a good choice.
Edited for typo ...
