Personally I think this is one of your less interesting images. Partly because it is a baby pic and I don't like most baby pics, but also because there is too much to see in the background. I think a crop just above the baby would make it a more intersting image. |

The extended arm does not bother me in itself as I like that type of effect wide angle produces, I think its the blur from the movement of the babys arm that is the distracting element. If it where sharp I think it would have been better, almost as if baby was about to point to something. The dog in the background adds interest. |

"You with that camera. Get it out of my face!"
That is what I think the baby is thinking. More likely the baby sees camera as toy and wants it ;) Lovely. |

I love the dog peeking into the shot from behind. I'm not as bothered by the POV as the others, possibly because I've been working with wide angle a lot recently myself. |

The baby has great eyes - I would like more light on the subject, I think. Agree with bsluijk that the extended arm and hand are disorienting in a disturbing way, probably because the distortion is so unexpected in a baby picture. |

This is a disturbing shot. Technically well executed, with perfect focus on the baby, but there is a huge distance, as if (s)he is in a different world. Her hand tries to reach us, but gets lost in the blur and never connects. The dog in the background, peeking over the bed, only emphasizes this. |
