OK, with that title you can squeeze in and fit the challenge. Subject seems a bit out of focus IMO. The background is a little too busy. May have scored higher if the background didn't distract as much. I like where the rider is placed in the frame.

A guy on a bike. To convince people that this is a team sport, you'd have to have hime wearing the bike team's uniform.
