The missmatched eyes is called Hetro-Chromia Iridium (Total).

More common is Hetro-Chromia Iridium (Partial) when both eyes have a mix of two colours, the total seperation of colours into individuakl eyes is far less common. The cat is named after David Bowie who is one of the more famous people with this condition.
