Stanley is a ridgeback and he was amazingly camera shy. I cured his camera shyness after I took him for a run on the beach then rolled around on the carpet and final we afternoon nap on the floor for an hour or so. Then me and my camera were a part of his pack.

Oh, I really like this! and maybe I'm biased too, because I have a very similar shot of my Tisa, a vizsla, rolling around on her back playing with her rope. Tisa is very camera shy too. Maybe if I apply your technique she'll get over it (only it'll have to be a run in the park, that might not quite cut it.)

love dogs .. they have so much fun .. they suck us in .. .. this is great .. we had a part ridgeback called sasha .. she died at 17years old 3 years ago .. my daughter had wanted a lap dog and after much pleading and quite a few years i relented and we got katee a miniature foxy .. she is so not a lapdog .. katee and sasha were great friends .. i hadnt wanted a small dog .. but i was totally converted .. they are so convenient .. !! ..
shame stanley is camera shy coz he is very photogenic .. playful .. you'll just have to be very sneaky ..
saw this yesterday and i reckon if stanley got over his camera shyness or caught him when he was asleep he'd be a great model for an upside down dogs ..:)
