Nice Photo, wonderful focus and the neutral background helps to set of the quarter. 9.

An idea too well executed? If the coin is spinning, the stop action was so good it is not evedent. The scratchy surfecat of the table to is distracting. The blurred area behind the coin is great.

good idea, but the background lighting is pretty harsh.. and you loose some contrast because of it. Also the reflection on the floor highlights the movement illusion.

The angle used dosen't help to show that it was moving. Maybe if it was captured a little above the base. As it is it looks like a set up. Not marking you down or anything for it.

Nice setup and composition. Also like the right usage of shallow DOF.

What dynamic activity was the coin doing for you to catch a freeze frame shot? To me it looks like it was never moving to begin with.

I think this one will suffer because it is not evident that it is in motion.

not necessarily spinning.. could be sitting still

The shot is great...but it's hard to say if this piece is actually in movement at the time of the shot...there is not physical evidence for that. (but I will trust it was)
