 Photographer’s Notes
I am busier right now than at any time in the last 2 years – feels like I hardly have any time to shoot.

But I had 3 free hours Tuesday – cut short by car trouble as it turns out – in which to shoot. Wandered around Westlake Center in Seattle looking for leading lines. A bust. There’s supposed to be a nude statue around there somewhere – it’s so carefully hidden as to be un-find-able. No sunglasses in sight – let alone Elton John sunglasses. It was a bust on many levels.

As an aside, Seattle residents buy more sunglasses per capita than anywhere else in the world. The sun shines so little we tend to lose them before the next sunbreak and have to buy a new pair. But I digress.

Drove out toward Magnolia remembering the bridge Amgen built to cross the railroad track between Western Ave and their corporate headquarters building. It’s an interesting design. Shot it a few years ago for a challenge here and it did well. Fit the challenge. So, what the heck? Sorry for doubling up.

You can just see the Space Needle at the right edge of the frame.
