Yes, we see alot of bald eagles around here (we're spoiled!). I decided to post this juvenile since someone had posted a mature one. I find the hodge-podge feathers rather interesting...

I think your ID is correct. Although, this bald eagle may be a 2nd year or a 3rd year. Good image capture.
