The person in front is disturbing/distracting. But, moving someone taller than you away is not always easy ;)

Very surreptitious. Nice tones.

Poorly exposed. Sky and man's nose and cheeks are blown out. Framing is distracting and composition of the subject in the middle is rather boring. Eye contact is the only positive I see here and that upgraded the shot from 2 to 3 for my vote.
