 I had this for the Free Study, but then I saw the tie in for this challenge. The Free Study in tanking at the moment, so hopefully this will do better.

Just after sunrise waiting for the morning light to shoot the fields of bluebonnets in Ennis, TX near Dallas.

The cows were active and moving around. I like that they are not all head down grazing.

Still getting used to the Sigma DP2 Merril. Amazing image quality, but still challenging with no zoom and slow performance.

3 exposures combined to get detail throughout.

Love the overall exposure. The area around the sun looks kinda weird.

7 from me. It's almost like it's three images.... the flowers, the cows, and the sunset.

There's an odd ring of color around the sun. Seems over processed... but could be natural. God is like that sometimes. Ha!
