 Cardboard has feelings too. Don't just throw it away, recycle..

~After dragging my dad out in the biting cold and ridiculously windy conditions (which is by no mean the norm for a spring in the UK) i made him stand like a statue for a good 30 minutes trying to take this shot. Technically it wasn't a very difficult shot, but it was a right pain to finally get the picture just right. I made sure there was no over exposure, but the motion blur was near impossible to get rid of. I must have looked like a right clown jumping up and down to try and keep the flood light on so as to not ruin the shot!

As for the mask, I used an old Amazon box and drew the face on with a permanent marker pen. My idea to add in the Camellia came right at the end, i felt the composition was a little bland! It was my dad's idea to do the hands as seen in the pic!

I took near on 70 different shots. This one being my favourite.
Very slight editing in Photoshop meant this is basically a shot in it's true form!
