You are a texture person. I like this, other than the cut off part on top. It has a lot of warmth and I can imagine touching it like a worry stone. The stitching also adds to the composition. Their bumbs would feel different than the fabric bumps. But then, I'm a tactile person.

the wood is beautiful, but the focus seems a little too soft

I really like the textures in the wood sphere. It definitely makes me want to run my hand over it. I don't really care for the red fabric upon which it is resting. The seam is distracting and the bottom right seems blown out and oversaturated.
