 Taken with my Fuji X100
HDR using Photomatix
copied the HDR image and added gausian blur using Nikon Capture NX
combined the original HDR with the blured HDR again using Photomatix

Lovely scene. I would imagine a painter making those clouds more puffy and white than a dull grey.
