 Hogendijk, one of the old dykes that still exists. In the old days there used to be shipyards here, now it's just a part of the city. The ground behind the buildings is a few meters lower, so mostly there's a lower part attached to the houses.

That's very different from here. I like the way the buildings are snuggled into each other, and the cobblestone street in this one.

I love these beautiful, well-maintained buildings with just enough decoration to be interesting.
The tile roof on the foreground building is a treat alone.
