step I
strawberry, cinnamonsticks,anis,sukker,vanilla,dash sherry
all together in pan, heat to boil,, take aside and chilled down, then dobble seal the soup,, to remove all seads from the strawberry and vanilla,,, should be clear,,,,,
ok,,
step II
rhubarb chopped to pices, in pan 2 dl wather vanilla, dash port, nellik and black pepper corn,,, bring to boil and boil for 5 min,,, dobbel seal to remove all seeds and pepper from juice,,,,, pour over the rhubarb and bring to boil once more,,,, then chill down,,,,
step III
ok,,,
now everyyhing is chilled ,, then put 3-4 pives rhubarb in shopglass strawberry soup pour over wery gently,, ready to serve,,,
step IV
wery cool to put one teaspoon of vanilla icecream in the soup,, but just 2-3 seconds before serving,,,,,
