From Stephanie Bostic's book "One Bowl: Simple Healthy Recipes for One".

Ingredients:
- 1 cup banana pieces
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 2 thin slices toast, cut into triangles
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Preparation:
Spoon the yogurt into a bowl, top with the fruit and place toast triangles around the outside of the bowl. Sprinkle with sugar.

Simple and delicious :)
