 Editing Steps

Opened in camera raw in PS. did some cloning to remove the post behind his head, then cropped most of it away.

Used Topaz Clarity layer - Portrait Drama preset with no additional tweaking

Converted to B&W using Alien Skin Exposure - Fuji Neopan 1600 preset. Adjusted the contrast and added a vignette, some toning and sharpening (in ASK)

Did a spot of dodging on his eyes using Viveza and added some structure (in Viveza) to his face

Beautifully processed, except I didnt like the filter used in the B&W conversion, made him look too dark......
