hey Martha: Congratulations on your 18th placing. This is a very good and above average shot. Had I done this, I would have submitted it with pride. Keep up the good work. |

Ah yes, very complicated and a marvel of man's inventions and engineering..but the setail here is captured with great gusto. The lightimg is very good. Close it up before it catches dust. bumping up. |

A suitable subject for the challenge for sure, however the lighting is unbalanced with more light coming from the right side leaving the left side, which contains the main complexity of the watch, is too dark. |

I love the shapes of the gears but the black spaces in the corners are distracting. overall the picture is good and you have such a wonderful idea! |

the best of the clock and watch pictures in my opinion. Love all the patterns in the steel work. |

Great looking watch. The crop could have been a bit wider imo. |

Good work here, i noticed some things about the shot i wanted to poin out firstly the left hand corner at the bottom seems a litle bit grainy to me, also the first gear on the right hand side closest to the bottom has been overexposed. The tight crop works well in this shot. I like the contrast of the silver on teh dense black!! Good work! |
