 Found this gecko inside an empty Coke bottle. It looked a bit weak to me and I tried to get it out but it chose to stay inside the bottle.

Such an ordinary creature yet linked to the greater mysteries of alchemy and elemental fire. Like a genie in a bottle, he's yearning to be free from the shroud of shadow and light. "Untitled" perhaps, but trapped on a brink leaves no doubt that position in life is all. I am not magical or mythical, but somehow I know the feeling of the brink quite well. 10

Mysterious science experiment, torture chamber or witchcraft. Lovely deep blacks and bright whites. A touch of reality mixed with abstract shapes blended in darkness. Fascinating to look at. An extraordinary masterpiece made from the ordinary.

A cold and clinical background accentuates the primordial essence of life captured in a cruel and scientific world. The drive for survival compels a struggle for freedom regardless of overwhelming odds. Great tone and bokeh along with the back lighting create the mood.

This could be a topical commentary on the ecological quandary, or it could be just a salamder in a jar. Maybe a title like: preserve or die. voted earlier
