It's the cat, that makes it for me.
The composition and general look brought me in, the topaz almost turned me away, but then I found the cat. Then a dozen crosses. Then so much more. It's pretty awesome this one.

Atmospheric, detached but that area of fringe between the mortal and spiritual world in its' pragmatic form. Where the two worlds meet inconspicuous but so obvious, analogous imagery of the windows and the innocuous rendering giving signals to only the most astute. Brilliant imagery. |

Playful reflections on the windows, I like the way it fits together. |

the windowness, a cat in the window, we cannot plumb the depths, but there are windows, a cat, windows in windows. stuck in a wall. stuck in a wall a satellite receiver. |

The figures in the windows(and on the stucco) do call to mind ghostly visages- certainly with an ominous feeling, that there is some presence here, possibly malevolent, possibly benign.
What strikes me is the cat. It adds the detail and flavor, it is looking down, but I expect that it can see the souls. |

Excellent. I'm reminded of a wonderful novella called Ghosts by César Aira. |
