The fact that I did paint the leaves with black acrylic paint is of a lesser importance in what concerns the quality of the picture. Well...there are also the pitch black Tellicherryi peppercorns and a very funeral scarf on a black leather sofa ....
At least I was true to myself!

"Take a photo in which the background is black and the subject is predominately a black as well."

I feel that this does not meet the criteria based on the wording. The subject should have been black before any changes.
