 I took my camera with me today to help my wife set up her art room, just in case I saw any warm colors. I looked up at one of her bulletins and saw ROY G. BIV on a black background. I could have taken the shot there, but I thought I was going to build the letters out of Legos. I found out that my son does not have any orange legos, so I sat around for awhile and thought...hey let me rip some letters out of construction paper and put it on a black background.

I got a new flash today and I am trying to figure everything out, so I thought I would take a few shots with it on.

I made some adjustments in RAW.

I used the magic wand to select the letters and then inverted the selection. I filled the selection with black. I found out I missed a few things, so I clone stamped some black in the background above and to the right of the Y.
