| Nice idea - however I would have liked to see it on a different colour background.... a wee hint - try even using plain semigloss coloured wrapping paper... you can get large rolls of semigloss white and black... and its an inexpensive way to create a 'professional' or semipro background.. nice try though! Keep working at it |

| The textures and colors and choice of lighting here are all magnificent. Centering in this case was a nice choice. The contrast and extreme detail within the meat of the fruit is captivating. I'd really like to see a large, high-resolution version of this image. |

| This is obviously well lighted, focused and composed. For me, it among my favorites this challenge because everything just seemed to come to gether well in it. Congratulations. |

| I see you're trying to get a 'studio' feel to the shot. The lone star on the blue cloth tightly cropped in doesn't bring the viewer in. Your composition should want to make the viewer want to eat this fruit, but as it is, it seems out of place. Try including some items or a whole fruit in the shot as well to balance out what we're seeing. - 6 |

back round is a bitt to distracting for me but the fruit is neet.
next tims try not to shoot on a nitted fabric (sweater) unless it has something to add |
