cute. but the thing in the back and the crumbs by the knife are distracting made me laugh though

| Clever idea for a sandwitch. I found the background lamp distracting. Didn't know where this food placed. On the floor? Of course, it is an alligator sandwitch. |

Nice idea. If possible I recommend to try and avoid flash when taking still life shots like this. This looks like an 'on-board' flash and they are always quite harsh, they tend to cast strong shadows at this distance also. Try tripod mounting your camera and turning off the flash. Use natural daylight from a window, with maybe a sheet of white card as a 'reflector' opposite to add light to the shadows.
