What a cool shot. The balloons contrast well against the dark sky and the whole feel seems to be somewhat melancholy.

I like this for the color and whimsy. I think there are two things that can give it more pop. One would be to bring out the highlights using the tone curve adjustment. Upping the highlights would give it that needed glow! The second thing is more or less to personal taste. I would try to find a cleaner background. I think the trees merge with the balloons.
