I love the angle you chose and the two elements: short grass and trees in the distance, however having the sun head on made the shot too bright and caused flar9ing (bottom).

Looks Boaring! What is that green spot on the floor?

I'm sure you've heard this a million times, but the sun is so distracting in this picture.. maybe if you had waited until it was behind the trees to get a better sillhouette of them? I'm not sure :) Nice idea though :) -Annida

Are you getting as many neg comments about lens flair as I am? (My shot this week is Morning Dew) I guess I̢۪m just a dummy but I think it adds to a shot like this, of course if we didn't want it in the photo we would just shoot in another direction. Nice shot and good luck!

Wow now that big lightbuld in the sky is huge.

Lens Flare distracts from the beauty of the shot.

I like pictures taken into the sun (I submitted one of this type too), especially in winter. The peace of land you have chosen is also very good: the empty, frosty field, the leaf-less trees in the back. However, it's too overexposed and the lens flare is not interesting enough to not beeing cropped away. You might have moved closer to the trees, so that the sun passes through them.

Lovely shot and great composition. I think it would have helped a lot to have cropped out the green flare at the bottom.

a little over exposed for my liking .. and sun right in the middle ...

Hard to expose these bright pictures just right. I think this one is too exposed. The sunflares are really hard to look past. There really isn't too much going on for subjects. It's sort of a background waiting for something to show up, besides the sunflares. Good luck - Inspzil

My eyes hurt looking at this. :( It looks so bright and desolate.
