 3 light and 1 reflector setup.
Pink lips cushion hanging from a ceiling fan about 2 feet in front of my wife.
2 lights above and to camera right - one with softbox at lips, one bare at person but flagged so not hitting lips and causing hot spots.
1 light behind person aimed at BG
1 reflector to camera left to add a bit of fill to dark side of person.

Editing - open raw. adjust exposure, increase sats, open in PS, select BG and blur, slight desat of white shirt, clone out thin black thread used to hang lips, resize and sharpen.

Def underrated. Cant believe that a well worked studio shot like this finishes behind so many images... Well of lesser photography...

Would work well for stock - needs a bit of cleaning up with the wrinkles on the shirt and perhaps just a bit brighter? Great use for that pair of giant lips you had hanging around, that's for sure!!
