Full frame, no crop. Adjusted vibrance and clarity, blacks and recovery in RAW conversion. Auto on tone, contrast and color did enough. Cloned out an annoying branch cut.

I like the way the lines of the large branch on the right lead to and cradle the sunburst. I am not sure if more depth of field could have captured the interesting characteristics of the bark, but I think it would have added to the primary content matter. Nice work!

NICELY DONE perfect rays!! totally perfect!! (my only slight critique is) the front of the tree looks photography wise flatish... I think I would have selected the tree and bumped the contrast,,, ( yeah like that'd be ez around those rays)... but... That's about the ONLY thing I can say about this... still really like this...
