I understand the content, and I like the use of the road lines to lead the viewer to the Sunsphere, but bus stop sign and minor road work are distractions. I think there is good subject matter, but the photo looks a bit like an unplanned shot.

Love the shadows and that the arrow points to the tower. Interesting color choices. High mark from me.
