too soft focus on ring around bullseye

| Your white balance looks a bit off, a slightly cooler tone would perhaps have worked better but it looks good. |

| Forgive me if I say there is quite a lot of information in this image, but still not enough to tell us what is going on. It surely does meet the challenge, but not a "zinger". |
