| A better shot than an entry. The image is first rate, but the water and the rich sky create the context for the buildings which are the star of the show. I want to honor the quality of the image, but am not sure how well you rose to the challenge. I will vote after I think about that dilemma more. |

| That kind of street light is difficult to tame in digital photography, they are to red. The rest of the photo is perfect. Beautifull water, beach and sky. Like that grainy sense I get from the sky. 7, because the lights are to dominant. |
