Really like the rays and the huge contrast between land and water. You've got a bit of sensor dust top right. I'm looking more for this myself, as my camera suddenly became horribly dirty very quickly as of late.
ETA: Not big on the border, but I'm generally negative on borders here, so hard to say.

| The border is a little strong. Let the image stand on its own. It's a good image. :) |

| This has a poor quality look on it, but the colors are borderline crazy in a good way. Composition is also good. 6 from me. |
