 Part of a small street side shrine in Chennai (Madras), South India. Lord Ganesh, remover of obstacles and god of knowledge symbolises 'Peace and Prosperity' to the Hindu community.

Taken just outside the gates of our Indian Office, the shrine had been freshly painted. The Indians do like to use bold colours, which is fine for a photographer ;-)
