| Interesting use of framing. The angle is a little to extreme for me (too much of the inside of the backside of the glass shade is showing, IMHO). I do like the flower at the bottom middle that draws my eye. the background doesn't work for me with this piece. I might have flipped the curves and gone totally black or totally white, not sure; I would have had to seen the results before choosing. |

| I like the background. I don't like the lack of context - for this sort of photo I look for some sort of context to give a bit of a story. This to me is a snapshot of a lampshade which isn't all that sharp and also isn't interestingly lit. |
