This is a very handsome man. :-) I wish you could do justice to him and capture him in nice daylight (not yellow) and on some interesting background!

For me, the hard shadows hurt this. You may be able to reduce them by having him stand further out from the wall.

(Take what I say for what it's worth (not much). I'm terrible at people pictures.)
