Truly beautiful shot, but for this particular challenge I think we were limited to vertebrates.

Very nice shot, but the wording of the challenge was very specific. I'm sure you will score well below what the composition of this shot deserves because you didn't meet the challenge.

The challenge was very specific about what was considered wildlife. This wasn't one of the choices.

Ok. It is really hard for a bug to get a high score from me. But this has such amazing colors, and the bug is not too ugly looking, so I'm scoring it high.

Really, a very good picture. I have to side with the argument that insects do not cover wildlife in the world of photography. 5

Challenge rules say: non-domesticated mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians. It is none of those, but a very nice image nonetheless.

tesome macro. Nice level of detail. DOF is also good the only part of the bee out of focus is the rear wing.
