 These guys survived an ice storm that toppled great, big tree branches. And various wind storms, and rain, and etc. Weeds are tough ;-) These are wild asters in my yard in the morning sun. The ones in the background made great bokeh.

PP - converted from RAW, cropped, levels, CEP (detail extractor, reflector efex in silver), fixed some dust spots, resized, Nik Sharpen, added border.

Lovely colors, bokeh is very pretty, flowers are nicely delicate - I wish they were sharper, though. Voted earlier; back to comment.
