 This entry started in a different direction. My youngest daughter (16) went through an origami phase a few years ago. When I found a YouTube video on making an interesting looking elephant she was happy to crank out the small herd.

I took this:


She passed by while I was taking shots of the elephants, she said, "Oh, online I saw this cool paper ballerina with a snowflake skirt." A minute later my phone buzzed -- she had texted me a link to it. I did like it, so I thought I would try it out.

I suspended her by a thread over the same table as the elephant shot. I experimented with different things covering the table, but when I happened to toss my silver reflector under her I liked the reflection.

I really thought this would at least be a top ten. A good score, though.
