Im not sure what to say.... I just sort of like how it could be the entrance to a cave, thats all.

I love the texture and the composition (foreground/background especially). Well done. One of my top picks.

Very nice, love the texture, might benefit from a tighter crop on top, where the focus is not as sharp.

Cool lighting - this coul be an animal (elephant??) or a dry river or a rough canyon. Please don't tell me it's the arm of a relative - if so, sorry about the elephant comment. Good luck. Great lighting. Fits the challenge well. Even though one cannot tell what it is, it is still an interesting photo.

a lot of really great texture and color on the bottom 2/3's but the top is fuzzy and out of focus .. the texture is almost freaky it's so detailed. Looks like roast beef.

Great skin tone on this image - I lobe it

This is an excellent abstract shot, wonderful tones, you can almost reach out and feel the texture and the weight. Great observation, well captured.

Love the texture! Has great sharpness and clarity and I like the mix of light and shadow. The tones are good too. Only nit pick would be to crop it a little lower as the higher up it goes the more OOF it becomes.
