Been away for a while, and just browsing through the favourite photogs recent stuff ... good work, my friend. Tight, wonderful composition; great light, good contrast. A near painterly sense of texture.

While this isn't what I think would necessarily win on this site, I would be proud to hang it on my wall. It's very simple and full of detail. You've made such an ordinary object look interesting... 10

Some nice deep blacks but the main tyre is a bit burnt out and there's a distraction in the bottom left. I may be wrong but it would seem that you had time to frame it better? Nice subject matter and the B&W works well. Very good.
