 Below zero temperatures be darned. I hadn't entered a challenge in over a week so I must at least try.

So I spent my afternoon laying in the snow and ice and dirt in the middle of the street in front of my house. It felt a bit crazy.

But it was absolute fun.

Certainly no genius photo, but I thought it was kind of cute. That's about as much as I will ask of myself until the temperatures rise back to a more pleasant range.

Severely compressed, whether intentional or not ... looks rather painterly. Compositionally this may be stronger if the top area above the snow line was cropped out.
