| Very nice idea but in my opinion not quite there. Firstly cropping tighter on the bells would help. The background is blurred but it gives the impression of sloping to one side. I know its a river and not the horizon but it still looks crooked. One last thing, the bells don't look quite right just above the trees, a lower shooting position or higher may have given a better result, maybe not, I wasn't there so I don't know. Its always worth changing position and seeing how it looks. On the whole a very nice shot using a very nice idea, once again an image that tells a story or conveys an idea works well, or is that just me? I tried the cropping and leveling I mentioned, even on the low-res image I got, I think it works. I'd be happy to show you on the full sized image after the challenge if you'd like? |
