| Actually a cool self-contained weather station (possibly developed with technology from our own Martian explorations)...I think I'd have moved a little to the right so its arm didn't cross any of the light-poles. |

| Composition is good for the suggested target. In some ways the giveway sign is distracting - since it's a more traditional sign it fights for attention. I think this would have been more effective with no other signs in the shot - although I realise that probably wasn't possible without losing the road (unless you hid the giveway sign behind the solar panel) |

| Nice humor (title), but isn't the "thing" some sort of weather station, not really a sign? (I see a sign further on, so you're O.K.) Good color, focus, framing. Unfortunate background in a way (except for the sign), it's busy with all the light poles and traffic. 6 Swash |
