Super portrait with a good sense of environment and behaviour. Woodpeckers in Britain tend to be very shy and quite hard to photograph, impressed!
Just back to say that I spent a couple of days camping this week, and saw my first ever Green Woodpecker - very excited! Looking at your photo again, I do spot a rather obvious line along the chest where you have masked. I'm no good at masking at all, but after the challenge you may want to revisit the photo to fine tune a bit more, because it really is cracking. Not changing my initial score. |
