 I stalked this swamp for the whole week hoping to get a picture of the newest resident - the otter. Unfortunately I got beaver, deer, geese, duck, pileated woodpecker...but no otter.

Now that is an animal we don't see photos of very often! Looks like you might have just missed with the sharpest point of focus - I have no idea how fast beavers move or how elusive they are, though. An extra point for spotting an unusual animal.
