No idea what you're trying to say with this. A Capitol building is hardly "communication" to me. Maybe the senate floor.. or somone on the phone in their office.. or a meeting between diplomats..
Not really the place for political meanderings :)

Maybe it´s because I am not from your city but therefore I don´t recognize the building but I can´t see what this has to do with communication.
