 Blue Heron at local lake, we had a lot of trouble finding him on the lake but when we finally found him he stayed around for a few photos.

As much as I like this I think I'd like more. Meaning ... just a smidge off the left and a little off the top would have given us a bit more bird and detail. You had a conundrum with keeping the water movement left of the bird and not getting too tight perhaps. Just guessing. Also, I really want to add more room to the right ... the direction the bird is moving into. Makes the composition feel awkward. Sorry. Like it - want to like it more. :-)
